ORDERS & SHIPPING

We ship from our international warehouses to ensure faster delivery worldwide.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. After that time, we cannot guarantee modifications. Once delivered, you can still return items in accordance with our Return Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary by location. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–21 business days. Delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs in your country.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, you’re eligible for a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Email us immediately at info@celestearcs.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll update it. Unfortunately, once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
